Community BBQ Fundraiser
Fundraising is made easy with our community BBQ. We supply the equipment, the location, and our customers, who love great value and a quick bite on their busy weekend. You supply and sell the food and your charity or community group take the earnings. Our tried and true formula and our wonderful customers make our fundraising BBQ simple, fun and easy to execute.
Diamond Valley Mitre 10 reserves the right to cancel / refuse bookings where the following criteria are not met:
- Where the event is not for a registered charity or community group; individuals and business organisations do not qualify.
- Late notice cancellations are not accepted and may result in future bookings being rejected.
Only one event may be booked by a single group within a 3 month period - subsequent bookings that fall within the 3 month period will be cancelled.
We take our customer feedback seriously. Inability or refusal to address customer complaints regarding food service, quality or price in the event where the host strays from the usual/recommended offering or fails to meet customer expectations will result in refusal of future bookings.
